This app was decent to quickly revise during my initial preparation. (Actually I didn't get an opportunity to use it later) There are some areas where it gets repetitive and some areas where the questions/descriptions are not intuitive enough for you to guess the answer. But, I like its format and didn't find any other such apps. Overall, it might help for quick revisions whenever you find some quick few minutes you could kill, if you don't mind some of the points I mentioned above.
